How can I see Google Docs word count as if all suggestions were accepted?
To see the word count as if all suggestions were accepted, simply open Google Doc's Word Count popup by going to Tools > Word Count, or by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + C. At the bottom, you'll see Edit Count's "Words (suggestions accepted)" counter.

Does it work instantly?
Yes, nearly instantly! In order to accurately calculate the word count with suggestions, Edit Count needs to process the document which can take a few seconds. For longer documents, it may take a little longer, but it's exponentially faster than other methods.
